Just when I find myself sitting in a pub defending the majority of Christians (and certainly Catholics) as being moderate, literate, sensible people, someone comes along and makes me regret opening my big fat mouth.
Pope Palpatine is at it again, saying that saving the world from homosexuality is just as important as saving the rainforests from destruction.
I don't want to write very much about this, partly because I can't be arsed to attract the inevitable homophobic politically-to-the-right-of-Hitler trolls, but if I get started I'll carry on and on and it'll turn into a rant.
So as a picture paints a thousand words, here are my comments on the story:
So hey, who cares about the rainforests, the lungs of the planet and home to thousands and thousands of diverse species, when TEH GAYZ are going to destroy mankind? Jesus, are you weeping yet?
